C Space Pulse Terms of Use

You have been invited to use the C Space Pulse Insight Platform (the “Platform”), which is offered to you  by (a “Community Sponsor” or “C Space client”) in connection with services provided by Communispace Corporation (“C Space”).

C Space Pulse is an insight platform that allows authorized users employed by C Space clients/Community Sponsors to view information relating the services C Space provides (including market research communities (each a “Community”) and other consulting and related services).

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Platform and/or any sites or applications through which the Platform is provided.  These Terms supplement, but do not modify or amend, any contractual agreement you may have with C Space.  Your use of the Platform may also be subject to the third party terms and policies of Sharpr, a contractual partner of C Space and owner of the Platform, which are available here: http://sharpr.com/home/legal/.

Your Platform Account
Authorized Users employed by Clients and/or Community Sponsors will be provided with login credentials by C Space.  Please do not share your login credentials with anyone.  Your login credentials will allow you to view confidential information and insights relating to services provided by C Space.

C Space may terminate your credentials and/or account if you fail to comply with these terms, if your employment with a C Space Client and/or Community Sponsor ends or changes in scope, if the Community or market research activity that you sponsor ends or is terminated and/or if your employer’s contractual relationship with C Space ends.

While using the Platform, you agree not to:

  • violate or infringe any rights of third parties (including copyright, trademark, rights of privacy or publicity or any other proprietary right) or any applicable laws or regulations;
  • post any of the following: material that advocates illegal activity, material that restricts or inhibits any other user from using the site, material that is used without permission, material that contains a virus or other component, material that is offensive or defamatory, advertising or any form of commercial solicitation, or copyright-protected files;
  • copy or download any material from the Platform for any uses other than as outlined in the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, and other Agreements with C Space.

Confidentiality
As a user of the Platform you may have access to ideas, information, images, and videos that are and should remain confidential.  Please do not disclose or share ideas or information from the Platform with anyone other than authorized colleagues or C Space unless you have express authorization to do so.

In some cases, C Space may share Community activities or project results with its clients/Community Sponsors through the Platform.  Generally speaking, Community activities are shared in aggregate form.  C Space may combine and include in reports through the Platform any of the content submitted to the Community, including: quotes; photos; videos; Community activity participation information.

When information is shared from Sponsored Communities, use of the information will be governed by the applicable member agreement and privacy policy of the Community.  If you have any questions regarding applicable agreements and/or use of Community information, please contact your C Space representative or community facilitator.

Third Party Sites/Links
The Platform may include links or content from third parties.  Unless expressly stated, third party links or content are provided for informational purposes and not intended to suggest any affiliation with C Space or an endorsement by C Space of the third party websites or content.  The reliability, availability and performance of these third party links or websites are beyond C Space’s control.   If you access any of the links to websites, content, or videos accessible through the Platform, but maintained by third parties, your use of and access to such sites or content are governed by the terms and applicable policies of the third party.
